For some inexplicable reason, as far as Gerald was concerned, Betty didn't like Gerald. He taunted him, got into his mind; he snarled at Gerald; he rammed the side of the tank whenever Gerald entered the room.
Gerald was upset. No matter what he did, Betty just would not like him.
His work at the local Arms For The Third World Charity Shop was beginning to suffer, he was having trouble eating, sleeping and speaking. He was finding it difficult to walk. Hw didn't know what to do.
To be continued in several shakes of a large Venezualen pygmy goat and a packet of pork scratchings.
